One of the more useful features, Helios automatically tracks shifts that need to be allocated. This ensures you always know exactly what work is upcoming - and what resources you will need.
On your main dashboard, there is a menu item titled 'Unallocated'.
When you see this menu it will tell you in summary whether or not you have any shifts in the future that have not been allocated and how many there are.
When you click on the menu it will take you to a list that will show you where and when you have shifts that require staff allocating to it.
You can simply click on the little calendar icon and Helios will take you to the rota for that week and you can then select from your available staff, who to allocate to that shift. Once that is done, hit save as normal and you are done.
This is an incredibly helpful feature that allows you to keep your requirements fully allocated with staff and reduce the amount of missed opportunity.
